From experimenting with Casio synthesizers and 8mm cameras as a curious kid to pioneering interactive video technologies, my creative journey has been driven by a fascination with storytelling and innovation. As a Cuban-Honduran multimedia artist, producer, and entrepreneur, I've spent over two decades exploring the boundaries where art meets technology.
My foundation in film and video production combined with audio engineering studies in New York City, led me into Brooklyn's vibrant creative ecosystem. There, I crafted visual narratives for music videos, learned the ropes of live broadcasts as part of MTV Productions for the VMAs and the world of commercial and campaigns, developing mastery in professional tools while nurturing my artistic vision.
Entrepreneurship became a natural extension of my creative drive as I dove deeper into the core of my collaborative spirit. Through WLVX, an interactive video software startup I cofounded, we developed new approaches to audience engagement. At OBX Studio + Guild, I architected brand strategies for emerging technologies and web3 and metaverse projects, while Owls + Bears Agency saw me leading a dynamic team, delivering comprehensive solutions in talent acquisition, management, and creative direction for emerging brands.
Growing up between Miami and New York City and later immersing myself in the artistic currents of Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, London, and Barcelona, has woven a diverse cultural fabric into my creative perspective. This global sensibility manifested into my JX7* collections, where I blend fashion, nature, and still-life photography with AV software, AI, and game design techniques.
Currently dividing my time between New York City and London, I find my greatest fulfillment at the confluence of artistic expression and strategic thinking, where I craft meaningful narratives and forge impactful partnerships. Guiding creatives and brands through the integration of emerging technologies like AI into their workflows has become an essential part of my practice. Through this exchange of ideas and innovation, my work continues to challenge conventional boundaries and push the frontiers of creative possibility.
